WHAT IS MONEY?

Money is an agreement in a society to use something, anything as a medium of exchange. During history a lot of things has been used as money: shells, metals, stones, even wood sticks.

Now capitalist money are just bits in a computer network, the notes only exist to create some kind of physical existence to the electronic money.

The notes and coins are called base money, it is not the same as bank money (electronic money). Although we can interchange them, they are not the same. Base money can only be created by the Federal Reserve/Central Bank while bank money can be created by any commercial bank.

Base money is less than a 5 % of all the money in circulation, the other 95 are just bits in a computer. This is why if we all go to our banks to withdraw our money only 5 % of the customers will withdraw something.

The more people use a particular currency, the strengther that currency would be.

Is it bad if we use electronic money? Not at all, this is the most important improvement in the capitalist society. Due to electronic money the medium class is a reality.

The prosperity of a country only depends of the amount of money that there is in circulation, in the times of the gold standard most people were poor because gold is scarce.

Should be go back to the gold and silver standards? NEVER, this will be humanity's worst mistake in History. If there are poors now if we go back to that prehistoric currencies less than 1 per 1000 of the global population will have money, almost everybody would be instantly unemployed.

ANYBODY CAN CREATE MONEY, if we create a intelligent new money the only thing we have to do is to convince people to use it and abandon the capitalist money.

WHY THE WORLD IS A HELL OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION?

DO NOT TAKE INTEREST OF ANY KIND FROM HIM, but fear your God, so that your countryman may continue to live among you. YOU MUST NOT LEND HIM MONEY AT INTEREST OR SELL HIM FOOD AT PROFIT.

Leviticus 25:35-37

We are ignoring the most important warning of the Holy Bible and just look at the consequences, wars never stop, violence and misery never stop, ugliness and diseases never stop, destruction of the Earth never stop, suffering of non-human animals never stop, all this human aberrations will stop when the Final Judgement comes.

Why the Bible insists so much on the danger of money and interests?

Money is the life energy without it we die because we are social animals, we need the energy of society to survive. When people needs money they can do anything to obtain it, join the army, sell organs of poor people, kill, torture, abuse, steal, cheat even kill their own kind.

Our Space Brothers/Angels now the importance of money and this is why they insisted in the Holy Covenant of their dangers.

The danger of INTERESTS are repeated more than 20 times in the Bible, the whole Capitalist Society is based on INTERESTS, this is why the Capitalist Empire is the real Evil Empire.

MONEY CREATION AND DESTRUCTION

In a pseudo civilisation like the one we have on Earth where over population is out of control we would need a ever increasing amount of money, to permit everybody to work.

All the global lack of money and work is willingly created by the Capitalist Elite to control population, if money where infinite and everybody have work we would rapidly fill the the Whole Milky way with Humans eating losers humans for breakfast.

Birth control is A MUST of intelligent civilisations, the Bible insists on sex control because it was the only way back them to slow overpopulation. Now that we have contraceptives we can enjoy sex without reserve.

The money creation process in all capitalist nations is the same:

The Government only creates base money, 5% of the money in circulation all the rest 95% is created by privates corporations, the commercial banks by loans and mortgages.

Yes, when you make a loan the Bank is creating that money on the spot out of thin air.

Money creation steps:

1. The Government sell bonds to the Central Bank.

2. The Central Bank pays those bonds with base money created out of thin air printed by their machines.

3. The Government pays all their debts with this money, this money ends in the banks.

4. Commercials banks can create up to a 90% of the money they have.

Let's see an example:

Let's imagine we start the system from the beginning, there is no money created yet. The Central Bank buys a bond of 1000 euros. The Government pay me this 1000 euros to my bank account in ING direct.

Now ING direct can loan up to a 90 percent of this 1000 euros, that is 900 euros. You ask them a loan for 900 euros and deposit it your CityBank account.

Now CityBank can lend a 90 percent of 900 that is 810 to a third person and the same process continues.

In this example from the initial 1000 euros of base money, now we have in the system 900 + 810 = 1710 euros. In theory from 1000 euros of base money they can create up to 9000 euros.

Now you understand why if everybody goes to withdraw their money notes at the same time at the bank there is only money for the first ones.

When the Government runs out of money sell more bonds to the Central Bank. The Central Bank sets the interest rate of the Commercial Banks, in Europe the popular euribor.

When the Central Bank wants to contract money they have two options, rise the interests or tell their rich owners and friend corporations to keep their money frozen.

As Avatar Smithy says the capitalist money system is a Zero Sum Game, this means that when you have money you are taking it from other people, the more money you have the less money other people have. If you have a million euros is because another person debt a million euros.

There is no community, no love in this system, it is the bigger fish eat the smaller, big brother eats little brother, me or you, kill or live, it is the economic system of Hell, the economic system of the Kali Yuga.

When Commercial Banks create electronic money out of thin air they create only the principal but not the interests. That is why the capitalist system needs to be growing all the time to prevent desintegration.
